Cozy stay with great breakfast
We had a smooth stay even with our last-minute room changes. The rooms were super tidy and cozy! Loved the breakfast spread with a tasty English breakfast and fresh pastries. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky if you have a big car!

Great flat-screen TV and free wi-fi, but the restaurant was a bit overpriced.

I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe King Room. The room felt fresh and modern with nice touches like a Nespresso coffee machine. The shower provided quality toiletries and big, soft towels. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and the owners were accommodating, responding quickly to messages. cleanliness fell a bit short. I noticed some hair on the floor and the shower drain needed attention after I used it. The parking area was limited, making it a bit tricky to find a spot.

we had a lovely stay, the room was clean and comfy. staff were super friendly and helpful. loved the location in fenn ditton, it felt really country but still close to cambridge city. breakfast was perfect, i had a veggie breakie that was really nice. we will definitely be back soon!
the parking was a bit small for the number of guests. also, wish there was a shelf in the shower for our stuff.

missingWrote a review on 02 Septroom cleanliness
The room cleanliness fell short, with dusty corners and hair in the shower drain upon arrival, which isn't what you'd expect for a supposed deluxe experience. Limited furniture options mean trying to eat involves sitting on the bed with no table available. The absence of breakfast during my stay was disappointing. instead, I had to trek to a nearby pub for meals, which had long waits. The shower lacked adequate temperature control, and the bedding was uncomfortably warm for the season, especially with a heavy duvet. noise from restaurant guests filtering through at night disrupted sleep. The parking lot felt cramped for the number of guests, making it tricky to navigate. Not having basic supplies like a second chair or a replacement toilet roll in the bathroom gave the impression that attention to detail was lacking.

Delightful homemade chocolate truffles in the room made our stay feel special.
The lack of a shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to store toiletries.

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the village and found the location convenient for exploring nearby areas. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which made mornings more pleasant. My partner and I felt welcomed and were happy with the space provided for us.
The room could have had more furniture, like a small table for meals, which would have made things easier. We also found it challenging to stay for an extended period without breakfast options available.

I loved the super comfy bed and the nearby cozy pub we discovered during our stay. The hotel had a lovely garden for some peace and relaxation. A nice lounge area to unwind. Just wish there was a better dining option on site during our visit, but it didn’t ruin the experience! 😊
